Due to the circumstances related to COVID-19 declaration of emergency, Synergy Swiss Pharma Group will have to comply and support all contingency measures imposted by Swiss Health Authorities, due
to a global rupture in supply chain of medicines, API’s and other raw materials, that affect directly our capacity to export medicines and other health products. Also, the quarantine and preventive measures imposed in people’s circulation will have serious impact in our labor capacity.

The actual conditions and the imposed restrictions represent a Force Majeure event that will conditionate Synergy Group to timely comply with the orders received from its clients.

Probably it will also create delays in audits, sending of official documentation, and similar activities.

Synergy Group started and will maintain the best efforts in order to reinforce its production capacity and also activated its risk management plan for materials shortage. We are now working to obtain solutions that may allow us to satisfy all confirmed pending orders from our clients.

We ask our clients and partners to consider this Force Majeure event notification and please revise your plans accordingly.
